I am Rick Donnelly, and I grew up in Tequesta, a few minutes north of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. Before this was my company, I spent eight years working a Palm Beach van line, riding in the back of the truck and later running crews. I saw the same thing happen over and over: a family gets a low phone estimate, then watches the number climb on moving day once the truck is half loaded. In 2011 I started AAA Mover Pros to do it differently. We quote a flat rate in writing, and that written number is what you pay.

Our crew

We run eight trucks out of Jupiter and staff every job with our own uniformed, background-checked movers. There is no subcontracting here. When you book us, you get our trucks and our people. Our office manager, Carla Mendez, answers the phone and builds your written estimate. Our dispatcher, Tony Russo, maps the routes around I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike traffic. Crew chiefs Marcus Delgado, Hector Alvarez, and Brett Whitfield lead the loads and stay with your move from the first box to the last.

How we work

Everything starts with a flat-rate written estimate. We walk through what you are moving, what needs special handling, and the access at both ends, then we put a firm price on paper. No hourly surprises, no padded fuel fees on the invoice. Because we own the trucks and employ the crew, we control the quality and the schedule instead of handing your belongings to whoever is available.

We also build our calendar around snowbird season. A lot of our neighbors split the year between Florida and the Northeast, and they need a mover who can hit a narrow window in October or April and time the load around flights and closing dates. We plan seasonal moves to your schedule, and we keep an eye on hurricane season so we can move dates if a storm is bearing down on the coast.
