Terms of Service

In plain English: These terms cover how we work together when you hire AAA Mover Pros for a move in Jupiter or anywhere in Palm Beach County. We give you a flat-rate written quote and that price is what you pay. A small deposit holds your date and is credited to your total. We run our own trucks and crews, we carry insurance, and we will tell you clearly what is and is not covered. Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full deposit refund.

Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern moving services provided by AAA Mover Pros, located at 110 Front Street, Suite 300, Jupiter, FL 33477. By booking a move or accepting a written estimate from us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

We provide flat-rate written estimates based on the inventory, services, and access details you give us. The flat rate on your written estimate is the price you pay, provided the actual move matches what was described. If the scope changes on move day, for example a significantly larger inventory, added stops, packing that was not requested, or access conditions you did not disclose, we will explain any adjustment to you in writing before proceeding.

Booking and deposits

No deposit is required to receive a quote. To reserve a date, we collect a booking deposit that is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting our office. Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your move date and your booking deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the move forfeit the deposit, which covers the crew and truck held for your date. During hurricane season, if a storm threatens the Palm Beach County area around your move date, we will reschedule at no penalty.

Our responsibilities

We will arrive within the scheduled window with our own trucks and uniformed, background-checked crew, handle your belongings with reasonable care using pads and protective wrap, and complete the services described on your estimate. We perform local moves under our Florida FDACS intrastate registration and interstate moves under our USDOT/MC authority. We prepare certificate-of-insurance and gate-list paperwork for gated and waterfront communities as part of the job.

Your responsibilities

You agree to describe your inventory and access accurately, to be available or have an authorized adult present at both ends of the move, to disclose items needing special handling, and to obtain any building or association approvals we cannot file on your behalf. Please prepare hazardous materials, perishables, and irreplaceable items such as cash, jewelry, and important documents to transport yourself, as we cannot move them.

Liability and claims

Our trucks carry $1M in cargo coverage, and your move includes valuation coverage as described on your estimate. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, contact our office to file a claim and we will work to resolve it fairly and promptly. Our liability is limited to the terms of the valuation coverage on your contract and applicable Florida and federal moving regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Palm Beach County. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions? Call (888) 711-4778 or email [email protected].
