How the day goes
We confirm the elevator window with the building, stage the truck at the dock, and work within the assigned time so we don’t lose the reservation. Furniture is wrapped before it ever crosses a shared hallway or rides the elevator. The crew respects the lobby, the neighbors, and the elevator pads the building expects, which keeps you in good standing with the HOA long after the boxes are gone.
What’s not included
We can’t override a building’s move-in rules or work outside an elevator window the management controls. Move-out cleaning, carpet shampooing, and trash haul-away aren’t part of the job either, though we’ll break down and flatten your empty boxes before we go.

Flat rates start at $339 for a studio or one-bed and $529 for a two-bed unit. Hourly from $145/hr with a two-hour minimum works well for partial condo moves or a single-room relocation within the same tower.
