WOW!

Full-House Residential Moves in Palm Beach County

A whole-house move has a lot of moving parts, and any one of them can derail a day if the crew isn’t ready for it. We handle all of them ourselves, from the first box to the last bed frame screwed back together. Owner Rick Donnelly grew up in Tequesta and spent eight years on a Palm Beach van line, so the waterfront and gated routes around Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens are familiar ground, not a guessing game.

See why Palm Beach County families choose Jupiter moving company for an honest, flat-rate move.

What’s included

  • Packing, loading, driving, unloading, and full setup
  • Pad-wrap on furniture and humidity-sensitive pieces
  • Bed, table, and sectional disassembly and reassembly
  • Floor runners, jamb padding, and HOA gate paperwork
  • COIs naming your association and crew gate-lists sent ahead

How the day goes

The crew protects the floors first, lays runners over tile and hardwood, then works room by room. Wrapping, loading, transport, and placement follow the plan we set in the written quote, so there are no debates on the truck ramp. In gated communities like Jonathan’s Landing or Admirals Cove, the gate-list and COI are already with security, so the truck rolls through instead of idling at the entrance while a guard makes calls.

What’s not included

Cleaning the old home, disconnecting hardwired appliances or gas lines, and hanging artwork on new walls aren’t part of the move. We can recommend a licensed handyman for the wiring and plumbing side, and we’ll place the pieces where the new art will eventually go.

Price guidance

Flat rates run $529 for a two-bed and $789 for a three-bed, with larger waterfront homes quoted in writing after a walkthrough. Local hourly starts at $145/hr with a two-hour minimum if that structure fits your move better.

❓ GOT QUESTIONS? ❓

Q: Do you protect floors and doorways?

A: Yes. We lay runners on tile and hardwood and pad door jambs and corners. Waterfront and gated homes often have finishes worth protecting, and our crew treats them that way.

Q: Can you handle a full house, not just a few rooms?

A: That's our core residential job. A three-bed house with garage and patio is routine. We bring enough crew and truck space to clear it in one trip when the access allows.

Q: What about my HOA's insurance requirements?

A: We carry $1M cargo coverage and produce a COI naming your association as needed. For gated communities we also send the crew gate-list to security in advance.

Q: Do you reassemble furniture at the new home?

A: Yes. Beds, tables, and sectionals we took apart go back together at the destination, placed where you want them before we leave.
